Established in September 2000, we specialise in offering bespoke tailored solutions to organisations across all sectors and sizes.

Our team of CIPD qualified HR consultants have each acquired at least ten years experience in a variety of organisations and sectors at senior levels within HR, training and/or line management and are pragmatic and experienced implementers rather than hands-off advisors.
 
Human Resources Outsourcing & Support

We offer a range of HR services which can be supplied on a flexible basis to suit each client. We do not require clients to enter into fixed period contracts like some HR outsourcing companies, or to pay an upfront fee for annual services. Our ethos is that clients should pay for the HR services they need when they need them.

Some clients simply use our telephone helpline, others require short-term interim HR support (for example whilst recruiting for a replacement HR Director), whilst others prefer to outsource their strategic HR function to HRg.
